Through Dreamers Conferences, the Contra Costa Community Colleges support undocumented students by connecting community, industry, and education to connect students to resources and to supports offered by our local community colleges, universities, and community organizations.

Spring/Summer 2012: ULV prioritizes meeting the needs of undocumented students through partnership with the three community colleges in Contra Costa County.
Fall 2012: Representing ULV Paul Ramirez (hotlink to profile?) meets with faculty and administration at the three campuses to ask for support and partnership to offer a Dreamers Conference. Lupe Dannels (hotlink to profile) offers to host the first conference on behalf of Diablo Valley College.
Results: The three colleges in the district Contra Costa College, Diablo Valley College, and Los Medanos College have alternated offering a Dreamers Conference to serve undocumented students throughout our community.
The College District celebrates Undocumented Student Action Week in October.
